App doesn’t open now
You just can’t leave well enough alone. Add extra junk to the app and now you can’t pay the bill.
Super Slow
Both website and app are insanely slow and lag to open each page. I would like for electronic payments to be easier to make.
Notification bug
Got about 15 notifications in the past four days about a single bill
Convenient , but sometimes loggy
I like the app. How comfortable and easy it is to view my energy usage . However , when I click to view my bill , I’m not able to view it due to some sort of error . Other than this , I would recommend downloading this app to pay your bill and view energy consumption. Thanks
Login unstable
Keep getting biometric error and repeated loss of credentials message at log out. Otherwise, info is good but arduous to get to it.
Force closing app
App force closes when I try to look at my billing history. Everything else works fine
