The app let you key in the phone number but it won’t proceed to the next field. Terrible app.

It’s always mind-boggling to me when a new app is somehow worse than its predecessor. Especially when rolling out a membership program… So disappointing.
The app is completely unusable
I had my extras card for a very long time and then I go to the theater one day and they tell me my card is worth worthless that I need to get another account so I go and and that doesn’t work either and now I can’t even use it anymore. I don’t know what happened to this company, but it’s really bad and I wish somebody would get on top of it.

Update has made it useless
This app no longer works at all. It doesn’t allow me to log in - no matter how many times I try, it just keeps loading the log in screen. So I can’t buy tickets on the app any longer. Also, just get rid of the masthead slider it keeps jumping the listings up and down which each slider that has a lower button. It’s really unnecessary and frustrating.

Unreliable
I have the latest version as of February 2026 and when I try to go to my account, the app crashes. I can’t access my digital gift cards so I can’t use them.
Doesn’t keep track of points
I downloaded the app and created a membership before purchasing tickets and concessions through the app. Both purchases show up on my account, but my account still says I have earned zero loyalty points. This app is stupid and doesn’t work. Customer service blames the app and won’t help you at the theater, even with receipts

Nothing works
When I went to the theater, they said that all of my pass information was no longer valid because of this new app. Except nothing works on the new app. Pretty sad.
Frustrating!!
So frustrating, you can't even create an account and errors are so generic that mean nothing!!! How can a company accept this is a product!?

Points got deleted
How you gonna delete all my points I’ve built since I can’t even remember but I had a big amount and now it’s all gone and can’t get nothing free now.

Annoying app all around
Very poorly designed. Extremely slow loading times. Now all the points I’ve earned over the years have been DELETED and im asked to sign up for a new account. Poor business practices and a slap in the face to those customers that have been loyal all these years. I cannot figure out how to redeem the supposed free ticket I’m told I receive by paying membership. Get it together, yall.

Glitches and screen resets
This app sucks. The screen resets every time you go to a different window/app, as you scroll down it reloads back to the top of the page, the features scroll box makes the entire screen glitch out when it changes to the next page
Somehow made even worse
The refresh with the rewards program has messed this app even more than it was. It was fairly buggy and things worked poorly, but they worked. Even after the most recent update, attempting to login causes a fatal app error which forces the app to shut down. If I can’t log in, why use the app? I can’t use my points, my saved gift cards, and it’s pretty useless other showing than showing the film schedule. I’m deleting till it’s fixed.

Can’t even log in
Can’t even log into my account..I keep getting a blank white screen. So useless.
Still horrible
Even after the update, the app refreshes after every single screen change. Why? This makes the app work so much slower than it should. It’s absolutely maddening. I should be able to get from screen to screen quickly and find out what I want to know rather than waiting for a refresh every 10 seconds. Why can’t you fix this?

I can’t even make a purchase or login or do anything without the screen going completely blank. I just bought a gift card and wanted to buy tickets through the app for convenience but not convenient at all! Very frustrating. Please hire someone who can program your app correctly.

It prompts me to update; However it freezes my screen. I attempted to try several times to update but fail. This app isn’t user friendly. Very frustrating. Might just as well watch Youtube.
