The vendor does not know what they are doing
If you’re a company do not do business with open text if you require having app protection policies. They have no idea what they’re doing, they released this app that is supposed to have Intune SDK built in but all behaviors show that it does not. It is not listed under Microsoft’s list of third-party partner apps with Intune SDK. The custom bundle ID does not get recognized. Their support has no idea what app protection policies are, they don’t build the app so they can’t answer anything.
