WTF does this error mssg mean - [missing “en~~~Invalid Title!” translation]
Absolutely no useful info to help me correct some error in my personal info that I can’t find.
Also, good luck shopping for round trip tix on this app. Three tries but I couldn’t buy tix. Finally just gave up and deleted my account. If they can’t get an app right, how good are Contour’s pilots? 🙀

Useless app
I mean truly the worst airline app. First, my precheck even though it was submitted under my personal info, no where to be found on my boarding pass. Had to call customer service to uncheck me in??? So that I could try again, then that only worked from my computer and I could only add the passes to my Apple wallet from the app. THEN this useless app will only pull up my boarding passes and not my 3 year olds, so I have to have screenshots of her boarding passes while mine is added, in hopes that it works. Never mind I had to click on everything 12 times to make it even work, I have a million boarding passes on my account for both of us (all of which are useless), and the boarding passes are so hard to find and weren’t displaying correct information anyway. USELESS!!!!

Do not fly with them
Two cancelled flights, no allocations. One flight the next morning was made, standing in line waiting for a customer rep to show up to work for over an hour and half. Very disappointing
Zero stars, do not recommend
This app is actually useless. It wouldn’t ever load my boarding pass despite saying it should. It did not have my gate information. When my flight ended up being delayed and delayed and delayed, it did not change a single piece of information in the app. I don’t know what is worse - this app or the actual airline. It’s a toss up.

This app and airline are horrible
Booked this airline for a round trip Parkersburg to Ft Meyers. Inbound flight, 3 hour delay. Outbound, so far is a two hour delay. They don’t have the planes, tech or logistics for a decent flying experience. I encourage potential customers to look elsewhere for travel services.
Not just the app - the entire airline
No online boarding passes. My most recent flight, we were not even boarded and we were supposed to have been departing. No update or reason why. Kept changing gates. Spend the extra money for professionalism and convenience
App difficult
Difficult to navigate…flight date does not appear on final round trip confirmation….extra keystroke to confirm flight date …could not book flight on the app…app was unable to “retrieve my information”..,logged out and restarted phone…not a user issue…why not copy Delta’s app and call it a day?…I called Contour direct and booked w a human..,a pleasant experience ..his name is Grant in Nashville…a great American

Pleasantly surprising!
After reading the negative reviews of this app, I was expecting the worst. The app has a pleasant interface, and I was able to make changes and check into my flight. I like it! :)
App worthless
Can’t check in for flight. Enter proper info but says can’t complete. American cant give boarding pass for connection flight because I can’t check in. Good airline. Bad IT.
Sometimes it’s better to have no app than a crappy app
Having an app implies knowledge. This app gives you the false sense of security that it is telling you something. Either fix it or just stop misleading people

Well I had never flown with Contour before, so I downloaded the app.
There are so many things that don’t work:
1. Even with a Contour login, this app lost all my flight info around 2 days out from my departure. So anytime I needed to check on my flight details, I would have to enter the details manually. (So it doesn’t remember or store your flight info)
2. It doesn’t give you gate information (or really any helpful info) on your travel day
3. While it is possible to change your seat assignment on the app, it is buried under additional services in a non-intuitive manner.

Be ready to get frustrated
App is poorly made, Lacks accessibility. A lot of bugs, poorly tested. They for sure sent out the minimal value product. Definitely not a professional app expected from an airline.
When it works it’s good.
The app keeps logging me out and won’t let me log back in for a while - anywhere from an hour to a couple of days. The web page works using the same credentials so it’s not a terrible problem, but it is inconvenient.
Useless
Won’t save your account. Doesn’t remember you even when entering login and password (replies “incorrect credentials”). Getting a boarding pass is hit or miss, even after checking in and despite claims of being integrated with American Airlines. Flight status is not updated or accurate. Contour Airlines is ghetto.

Can’t even create an account
Downloaded the app and thankfully I can check my info as a guest but when I go to make an account, an error code pops up for the password. The error code is gibberish and has symbols in it. It does not tell me what is wrong with my password. There is also no criteria showing what is needed in the password.
Also, no chance of getting your boarding pass virtually.

Both website and app are terrible.
Where I live, Contour works under contract with American Airlines. However, for some reason your Contour tickets, boarding passes, and such doesn’t transfer over to the American Airlines app. You have to go thru Contour’s website or app separately to check in and get your tickets, but it’s a huge hassle. They require you to know your ticket number and tell you it’s printed on your ticket if you want to check in to your flight — but most people don’t HAVE the ticket until they’re checked in. This makes it exponentially difficult to check in or get a ticket. When I switched over from the web to try the app, I was able to see my upcoming flight but it didn’t offer a boarding pass! At every connection with contour I had to have either the TSA agent or Gate agent look up my pass with my ID. I have received great service on Contour flights, but their app is the pits. Please fix it or work with American so that my Contour boarding pass shows up on their app.

Best app ever
Most of the time you download an app and expect it to work. So so boring. This app has you guessing from the minute you install it. "Does this button work? How about this one!?" An adventure from open to uninstall!
