Control: Kegel Coach Men is an educational fitness app for the male pelvic floor. Build strength, awareness and control with guided sessions, progress tracking and articles drawn from peer-reviewed pelvic-health research. WHAT'S INSIDE • Guided Kegel programs across Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels • A baseline test that recommends a personalised plan • Daily reminders, streaks and progress charts • A library of educational articles on male pelvic health • Optional sound, haptic and voice cues during workouts CONTROL PRO — IN-APP PURCHASE REQUIRED Most modules, programs and articles are part of Control Pro and require a paid subscription or one-time purchase to unlock. The Free plan includes the Beginner program, one workout per day, a single reminder and basic stats. Without an active Pro purchase you will not be able to access the Intermediate or Advanced programs, the full article library, unlimited workouts or additional reminders. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your App Store account settings. A one-time Lifetime purchase is also available.
