Joke system.
Total waste of time. Glitches and doesn’t work 99% of the time. Gives zero options to input information. Just a dead screen even when deleted and downloaded again. Absolute garbage system.

We’ve recently been given this app as part of an alarm upgrade, and it’s been a great improvement compared to a manual system. Compared to other apps, however, it’s horribly clunky. There’s no feedback when you click a button and no indication that it’s processing the command, so you just have to stare at it for 15 seconds hoping that something’s going to happen.

Good but needs an update
This is a very good app for controlling your alarm, needs bit of an update and it would be great if the developer would add access via smartwatches.

App needs to support Critical Notifications
This app can send you notifications when your alarm has been set off, but it doesn’t utilise iOS critical notifications, so if you’re phone is on silent, do not disturb or work mode - you won’t get the notifications showing up and alerting you.
As others have said too, the app is very laggy. It does work, but the experience is just really dated. Pretty disappointed that this is the app my new alarm system.

The app stopped working
Out of the blue the app stopped recognising the serial number in the settings giving no indication how it can be fixed except telling me to check settings- the serial number is correct now what do I do?
Basic but does the job
I have been using the app for about a year now. Not really much to say about it, bit slow and not as nicely presented compared to the likes of Yale etc but it does the basics.
What i would like is to be able to set the app for ‘critical alert’ notifications on my iPhone. So that even when my iPhone is on do not disturb i would get alarm notifications. If this could be added that would be ideal 👍🏻

New notification sound
The app is basic and slow, but does the job. App developer listened to concerns about notification sound - thanks.
Useless
If we’d known how poor the app was going to be we wouldn’t have had this system installed. Numerous connectivity issues since installation.
No alert when alarm sounds
This app is pretty basic with limited functionality. Our engineer advised waiting a few seconds after each command as it’s quite laggy, which was helpful because it is.
However I was called by my neighbour to advise alarm going off. Surely I’d get an alert / notification via the app on my phone to advise of this?! Seems a pretty basic function for this type of app. Please consider for next upgrade 🙏

Very poor
Connects when it wants, very slow. I’ve had a few times when it hasn’t set the alarm as it is so unresponsive. Glad it was included in the installation - I won’t be paying for it next year. Deleted!
Awful app
Always crashing, loses connection constantly and cannot get back online. Super frustrating and not a support at all.

Fails constantly.
I have to use this app. Alarm company set it up, it constantly fails to connect. I have the engineer trying to figure this out on several occasions. Avoid.

Does what it needs to but could be so much better this day and age
Good for setting and disarming alarm… but that’s it. I get paranoid that I’m going to miss if the alarm is activated when away from the house with such a simple notification to say the alarm has been triggered. Could this not be more of a continuous alarm to your phone so if you were sleeping away (working away from home/holiday). You would be woken and aware. Or to have the option to do this as may not suit some.

App works OK but I can confirm what others wrote. Slow and with a lot of lag. Could work much better.

Garbage. Bought the system because we were told we could control the alarm remotely with the app. It won’t even load up now. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Wouldn’t recommend at all - not happy.
