Nothing is working!

The interface is otherwise well thought out (in that I could technically post something). But… I cannot even purchase a plan to even contact these candidates. All of the “Contact Us” and “Buy Plan” features are not working! This is a serious flaw in the software of the app. It is entirely unusable presently. And nobody is available to help.

Serious security flaws

I hired one cook from this platform who took money but didn’t come to work . The cook didn’t return calls and platform was not able to help . They simply said they will ban cook for 6 months , but I see that same cook is back on platform in 2-3 months only .
Update : Post raising complaint errant cook has been banned from platform . Revising rating.

I just started using this app and I’m seriously impressed, anyone who struggles to find a reliable cook knows struggle is real. Also very user friendly app, bahut time baad dal bati khai yaar!!!!

App is unusable after update. Keeps asking for an unavailable update.

So I updated the app when it asked me to. The update message said “Just little UI changes”. After the update, it still keeps asking me to update the app even though there is no update available. The update screen is all I see. Unable to use the app. Clear lack of testing before shipping the code.

On click, it asks to update. But in app store, it says it is updated already. Please fix.

Needs a few changes

The app is over all good but needs a few changes like the chef who can prepare only pure veg . As there are lot of people who choose this option rather than the chef who can prepare both veg and non-veg .

Hi Murthy, We have this option in the app. In the chef's profile you can see the "Cooks Non Veg" title, if this is "No", that means the chef is pure veg.

Absolutely no cooks

I tried to find cooks in a city which this app supports - multiple permutations no result. Then I tried for popular locations like Domlur, Hauz Khas, White Field etc in. Various cities and still no results. I don’t understand why was this a top app in App Store, I Frankly was disappointed by lack of cooks.

Lack of professional cooks

None of the cooks that I contacted turned up on time. They charge upfront but the cooks either don’t pick up the phone or don’t turn around for the meeting. I sense a scam here
