Shrimp & Crabcake pasta
On the app order at 7pm wasn’t ready until 8:15pm. Pasta didn’t have no taste , tastes like the pasta came right out of the water, sauce was like water. Crab cakes have shells and the shrimp were lil frozen shrimp , biscuit look like it was eaten off with black specks in it. Just horrible waste of money.

Where’s the fish???
This is the first time I’ve ever picked up an order from Copeland’s and I’ve been totally disappointed. I ordered a catfish platter $21.76. I got a handful of fries and four little catfish fingers not even a single fillet. They used to give you three or four catfish fillets. Not a single filet. 4 inch wide 4 inch long strips! I took pictures and part of me wants to put this on Facebook but I won’t this time!

Lagniappe Club in the app does not work
When I'm logged in. It will not show any history under ‘my account”. It keeps asking me to sign up. It’s the worse rewards app I have.
Don’t get delivery!
The app is fine, but I wouldn’t order delivery from Copeland’s. The food is cold when it arrives, and items were left off my order. I can’t get them unless I go to the restaurant, which defeats the purpose of getting delivery. Stick to going inside the restaurant, or you’ll be disappointed.
App opens and closes immediately
The new app has been giving me problems when trying to open it on IpadPro. It only flashes and then disappears. Also my IPhone, there is no where to add it to my Wallet as referenced. When you first open the app onIphone l have to hit login a few times and then wait. Updated app is very slow waiting to access gift cards. After accessing gift cards I am caught in a loop trying to check balances. Bring back the “OLD” app. Wasn’t perfect but easier
