Shrimp & Crabcake pasta
On the app order at 7pm wasn’t ready until 8:15pm. Pasta didn’t have no taste , tastes like the pasta came right out of the water, sauce was like water. Crab cakes have shells and the shrimp were lil frozen shrimp , biscuit look like it was eaten off with black specks in it. Just horrible waste of money.

Where’s the fish???
This is the first time I’ve ever picked up an order from Copeland’s and I’ve been totally disappointed. I ordered a catfish platter $21.76. I got a handful of fries and four little catfish fingers not even a single fillet. They used to give you three or four catfish fillets. Not a single filet. 4 inch wide 4 inch long strips! I took pictures and part of me wants to put this on Facebook but I won’t this time!

Lagniappe Club in the app does not work
When I'm logged in. It will not show any history under ‘my account”. It keeps asking me to sign up. It’s the worse rewards app I have.
Don’t get delivery!
The app is fine, but I wouldn’t order delivery from Copeland’s. The food is cold when it arrives, and items were left off my order. I can’t get them unless I go to the restaurant, which defeats the purpose of getting delivery. Stick to going inside the restaurant, or you’ll be disappointed.
App opens and closes immediately
The new app has been giving me problems when trying to open it on IpadPro. It only flashes and then disappears. Also my IPhone, there is no where to add it to my Wallet as referenced. When you first open the app onIphone l have to hit login a few times and then wait. Updated app is very slow waiting to access gift cards. After accessing gift cards I am caught in a loop trying to check balances. Bring back the “OLD” app. Wasn’t perfect but easier

Much love but they can’t get it right
Every time we order Copelands I put in detail special instructions they even ask you if you want a different side tell them I do and each time they get it wrong this is one of our favorite places to eat at least once a week when you get a burger you can have a choice between mini side options we always order a side salad with the burger each time we have to correct it when we pick it up because they give us french fries. We also love The penthouse salad we ask for extra ranch every time and every time we have to check because there is no extra ranch. The food is great here when they can get it right and I understand that a lot of places are shorthanded right now and everybody’s got a full week but I do not live in Houma I have to drive into Houma to get this food. Specially at gas prices right now I need them to get it right.

Not working properly
They’ve obviously overhauled the app in the last few months, but it’s not working properly for me in Kennesaw Georgia. We try to order online for either curbside or pick up, and have to select a restaurant location. We do this and the app indicates it’s closed every single day.. We tried a different location, also in Georgia, and it shows the same thing. I have the latest version as of this date, April 2021.

There was no place to enter the coupon code that was offered for downloading and ordering through the app. Falsely advertised.
