App works great!

For personal use it expensive for the monthly subscription. No one time payment for app

Cannot Get it to Login on Mac

I have downloaded this app on multiple devices and they have all worked great. I downloaded the app on my Mac and it will not login. I have deleted and updated the app and it still continues to not login.

Very intuitive

I’ve tried the free 30 day trials simultaneously with YNAB, Monarch, Quicken Simplifi, and Copilot, and for me Copilot stands above the rest. Especially for my style of budgeting.

The only thing that is missing is to have your credit score displayed on the Dashboard.

Does not auto categorize

I’ve had this app for 3 months and there’s only one thing I wanted it to do. I want to be able to categorize transactions automatically. This app is very very bad at that. At 3 months I still need to manually change each transaction. I canceled because it doesn’t do the most basic thing it’s supposed to do. Wave is not very good at this but 100X better than this app. I don’t understand how an app like like this is getting 5 stars ratings if the auto categorization is only 10% accurate. I wish there were a way to know if the app has improved but after I cancelled and informed the developers of the bugs that seemed to prevent all auto categorization the declined to offer me a second free trial so I can’t actually know if it works now unless I pay $30/m — as an app developer myself I’m also aware $30/m is very very expensive so maybe I’ll try to build this myself and use local LLMs and sell for a one time price.

I like it better than Monarch, hope it continues to grow

I tried a bunch of different budgeting apps before choosing this one. Monarch was the only other one that came close, but this won out because it was more straightforward and easy to budget and honestly looks better. I know app developers probably get tips all the time, but my two cents that I’d love to suggest would be: 1. Please provide a way for the widget background to be white. :( I use it for my shopping category and it really bothers me that i can’t just make it white. 2. I know a bunch of people hate ai but I personally would definitely use and love an ai assistant like Monarch has to help me organize and think through things. 3. I kinda wish the category section would actually be named budget, but I wish far more that I could drag up and down the categories to reorganize them instead of them being stuck in that order. Same with my bank accounts. That also really bugs me.
All in all, I really like and appreciate this app and plan to continue using it. I hope it continues to grow and improve.

Best customer service

Great app for keeping track of expenses, net worth, and savings. Amazing customer support!

Missing Features

Need to add Sort by this month / last month / this year etc options to view by custom time ranges. Also need to add a bit more to custom rules so you can add maybe $ amount below or above for example.

Help was wonderful

I used chat today with many questions and they helped me patiently with all of them. I was kind of kicking myself for getting Copilot but now think it is going to work great for us! Thank you!

Life changing

Now I am actually growing in wealth for the first time in my life thanks to this app. It makes it feel possible and easy to see everything and actually know how much money I own across the board and easy to keep track of my investments and know when to buy or sell and how much I have in extra accounts like savings, vacation, high yield savings, and more. Becoming rich actually feels possible at 23 now lol. I also found out from this app I had an extra $1300 sitting around in a Charles Schwab account.

The best budgeting app

I love everything about this app. The visualizations, the automatic categorization of expenses, and now with the new AI assistant, the great advice on improvements I can make to my budget/spending. Highly recommend!

Add a Credit Tab

add a credit tab where we can see credit score, utilization, etc

Great app + customer service!

I’ve been using Copilot Money for a couple months now. I’ve found the app to be very intuitive and the times when I had questions the customer service was exceptional!

Quick catching prices and turnarounds profits.

Good thing this came out and when it did. Use good notes and keep the words consistent.

DO NO RELY ON THIS APP FOR YOUR MONEY! Connections To Institutions FAIL CONSTANTLY

I gave this App every chance, but Connections to Financial Institutions FAILED CONSTANTLY. I worked with Support… get a connection repaired, ONLY TO FAIL AGAIN WITHIN DAYS.

Easy Button

This makes tracking my finances so much easier

Amazing !

Just the app for me

Great visuals, but lacking

What a fantastic app but it is missing a few critical items:
1. Ability to see/edit transaction rules
2. Comprehensive reporting
3. Useful and flexible investment module
4. Multiple (and visible) income categories

While I understand that some of these items are in keeping with the Apple experience, they are keeping me from transferring all my accounts to Copilot.

Amazon sync goes to far back

I was excited to unlock the AI and see how this could help with reviewing transactions, but ended up deleting my account just before that happened. The Amazon sync goes back several years without a choice with no way to see and delete older items that aren’t linked to card charges. This seems intrusive especially since the card charges only go back a couple years (though there should be a choice with that as well). I had everything all setup when this happened and I ended up deleting my account to remove it the data from the servers hopefully. It made me feel like they were data mining even if that wasn’t the intention. I also wish it would oauth with more banks instead of having to go through plaid who has a privacy policy I don’t like. Lastly, I feel the budget magic wand should give the option to exclude categories for decreasing like
loans, etc. Thanks and sorry for leaving feedback here, I checked the website first but couldn’t find a feedback link.

Looks great

Everything in one place shows you where you really stand and are able to Adjust

Doesn’t work as it used to

I used to love this app, but now it’s not working as it’s meant to be. I have submitted multiple tickets and they always give me the same answer as they’re working on fixing it but it’s been the same issues for the whole year. They had added a goal for spending so it doesn’t affect your current budget but that feature is a joke. Since I first added a goal to a transaction all of my budgets have been wrong. I can’t even tell how much I’m spending and how much is left accurately to spend for the rest of the month. I’m just waiting for my subscription to run out and go find another app. It’s disappointing since I have used this for many years and this year it’s the first time where they haven’t updated and fixed these big issues.
