No refund after free trial
Like others I also missed to cancel the free trial and the very next day when I requested for refund through apple the claim was rejected and no reason was provided. The apple support team raised their hands and asked me to make better decision in my life. The free trial is just to lure you in as you always forget to cancel the free trial.

Customer service is wack
Bad customer service. Takes forever to get a response. Not able to help fix tech issues that their platform caused.
Not working with Fidelity CMA account!
I used a fidelity CMA account as my main checking account. For some reason, the app thinks it is an investment account and show ZERO of my transactions. I have tried reaching out for help on the messages app, but so far no luck. If the developer is reading this, please, reach out! Otherwise I will have to cancel my subscription.

Truly the best budget app
For a long time (too long) I was using a spreadsheet for budgeting. It was impossible to ACTUALLY know where money was going without logging and categorizing every transation, transfer, etc. Which is really easy to forget to do and requires a major time commitment.
I tried budget apps like Mint (back when it existed) but even those didn't really help me. Then I found Copilot and it has truly transformed my finances. I stay in budget now, I have achieved savings goals, and have almost eliminated the debt that I have. None of which would be possible without Copilot keeping an eye on my money 24/7. I honestly look forward to checking in on my finances now.

not support US Bank
I’ve used this product for a couple years and overall it’s good. However, they periodically have connectivity issues with their third-party integrators, which they seem completely unable to address in a timely fashion. If something goes wrong with the integration between your bank or financial institution, you can easily wait 6 to 9 months for a fix. This is currently the case with an issue that has come up with U.S. Bank that occurred in February and six months later we are still waiting for a fix.

Great looking
The app looks great and works great when you’re switching in between the different screens. My biggest complaint is it misses a lot of transactions. When I go back and review my transactions, there are quite a few that are missing. I’ve had to reach out to the company once before, and they fixed the issue, but it’s problematic and occurs on a frequent basis and not worth reaching out to them for every missing transaction.

Good idea poor customer service
This app is beautifully presented and I wanted to use it and i wanted to love it. One of my banks would not load the transactions and it prompted me to contact support. However, support (which I assume was a bot) asked me to contact in 24 hours if transactions still had not loaded. 24 hours later transactions still hadn’t loaded so i contacted support and never heard anything. Deleted the app and cancelled subscription.

All transactions show as positive
All transactions, including all of my spending, from my bank account show as credits. That makes budgeting/tracking spending impossible, as you might imagine.

It’s great…when it works
It’s been a helpful app and really like the design. I was hoping to try the new features they have coming out. But the connections to my accounts keep failing. I know part of it is Plaids problem but it defeats the purpose of the app at this point.
It’s a trap
So, it makes you add all your accounts, including giving them access to your account NUMBERS, and THEN they offer the pricing tiers. So annoyed I wasted the time to set it up. Show the prices first. Or offer some sort of free option to try it out. Account deleted. 👋

Many syncing issues
I have been using this app since late last year. Still, there are various syncing issues consistently. For example, the current one is that the transactions of my bank accounts from jan to April are not showing which distorts my finance picture significantly. Also, when I reached out for customer service (only chat box available no call) has been slow and quite often cannot solve the problem that I had to give up. Given the price, they should do better in my opinion. Finance tracking is about accuracy.

Mostly love, sometimes glitchy
Love that it’s a native iOS app and not another web-based money app. It’s not really a budgeting app in the strict zero-based-budgeting way but it’s more of a money tracking and forecasting method of budgeting app. Great for conveniently searching up prior purchases and keeping tabs on where my money went but sometimes it double counts certain transactions and that throws things off, showing that I’m over-budget in certain categories when it’s really that the app was glitchy. Overall, would recommend for general money tracking/forecasting but for strict budgeters may want to use this along with a zero-based budget app like YNAB

Amazing personal finance tracker!
I’ve been using this app for almost a year now and love it. It makes it super easy to see all of my transactions across credit cards, Venmo, and investment accounts in one spot and I love being able to categorize transactions and set a budget for each category.
One additional feature I would really like to see my save rate on the cash flow page. I can do some math to calculate it based on my income and expenses, but having the percentage listed (maybe with a pie chart to show the percentage saved of my total income) would be amazing. Save rate is talked about a lot in personal finance blogs/podcasts I’m sure a lot of users would appreciate the feature as well.

Seeing bugs but no solutions for a long time
The app has terrible issues where my reviewed transactions are lost and having trouble connecting to Fidelity. The customer service team is unprofessional and providing no support or remedition.
Can’t categorize manual entries
Not being able to add categories to manual entries is nonsense. Can’t get accurate view.
Decent app but no transaction matching?
I thought the app was pretty good, but it lacked a very basic but essential feature - transaction matching. Huge deal breaker for me! I wasn’t about to sit there and delete duplicate transactions every week. What a nightmare! To be honest, I was about to cancel my Quicken subscription, but quickly realized that Copilot Money fell short. It’s really too bad and very disappointing.
