I have cashed out once, but it took a long time to do. The worst part of the app is that they keep increasing the minimum requirements to cash out.

This app used to be good about a year ago. Now they do not pay. I’ve been in a “PayPal queue” since February 1 and still no payment. When I email customer service I receive a copy and paste response with no resolution and they always say “You’re in the queue and once you reach the front your withdrawal will process” this company is broke and multiple users are having the same issue. SCAM!
I have been trying to cash out since July 17 and it still says “pending”! I use a lot of pay to game apps and this is one of the worst yet!
Not fair
When I first downloaded this app it seemed great! It was easy to make money and cash out. Unfortunately they have raised the amount of money it takes to cash out. This makes it difficult to earn any money from this app. The “daily rewards” only ever land one the same three tiles so you don’t actually win anything from it. It just seems like a big scam. Please fix this because your ruining the app.

Weekly limits make earning impossible, goals always changing
Used to be able to scan all my receipts… now I can only scan about 5. I’m very close to cashing out but this app is completely worthless. They keep changing the goals. First I needed 1000 to cash out, now I need 1400. Then I was required to play 1 game to cash out. Oh wait, now it 4 games! I’ll never be able to cash out at this rate. Every time I’m close, they give me a new goal that’s harder to achieve. Starting to wonder if this is a scam…

Horrible don’t download
So I downloaded 3 games that I never had and played them as I was supposed to but then the app tells me I can’t get paid for the games and I’m wondering why especially when I’ve NEVER HAD THE GAMES BEFORE so that concluded in me not receiving my points or whatever to be able to cash out so I’m deleting this MESS and will NEVER DOWNLOAD AGAIN.

Used to be great
I’ve used this app for years and it was always a favorite. Now it only lets me use 5 receipts a week. Which is insane. It also won’t let me close out before 3,000 coins!!! At 5 a week it will take about a year. Very frustrating! Would no longer recommend.
Scam all around!! Don’t download!
I can’t believe I’ve wasted so much of my life on this app. If you’re considering downloading this app, please take my word for it and just don’t. Not only did they lie about how long it takes to be able to cash out your earned rewards in their countless annoying advertisements, but they also lie about how many points you need to earn just to be able to cash out: I used to be able to cash out at 1400 points ($14 value) but they changed it all of a sudden without any sort of heads up whatsoever. For the games, it’s also a COMPLETE waste of time: you’re expected to complete an entire new game within a span of 7-14 days from the time of download. This app has been nothing but a disappointment. It was advertised as a simple app for teens to earn side money, but they’ve made it impossible. The fact that you now can’t scan more than 5 receipts a week for points is no less than INSANE. I’m deleting this app and no longer allowing it to dictate my screen time nor my phone storage. I cannot believe I’ve wasted MONTHS on this app with high hopes of earning at least SOME side money/pocket change, only to earn $0.00 from it. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤬 I should’ve NEVER downloaded this app. Save your time, and don’t get this app, EVER.

Don’t waste your time
You have to make $30 to cashout and when you attempt to contact any one, theres no customer service…Just some primitive ai algorithm that loops you in circles. I still never received a payout so just heads up, this app is a complete waste of time and a lie…your welcome 😎

Another scammy app
They have made cash out very difficult recently. First $10 min, then $15, now $30. App is buggy as well.
TOO MANY ISSUES
Download this app a few weeks ago and it has been a complete nightmare since doing so. Over 10 games I have tried to download and all, but one came back saying they could not do it, because I had installed it before, no, I did not, or it is no longer available well duh it is available because it’s showing on the page to download. Well now the games I installed are useless to be able to use through this app or Fetch way to go Copper 🙄Every single one that I tried to download, I have never downloaded before, and I even checked through my App Store to make sure it is not one I have downloaded previously before even proceeding. And yet the only game it let me download was a restaurant merge game, which takes forever to get anywhere in the game to even gain anything to make money off of. Complete waste of time. I’m going to stick with Fetch at least I can get better rewards a lot easier and a lot quicker. I may not be able to get cash back but that’s OK. I can use it on Amazon or multiple other retailers. Definitely read all the bad reviews I did and yet I downloaded anyway my mistake.

Used to be cool
So you used to be able to scan your receipts and you could earn credits but now they make you level up so you can only scan five receipts a week unless you do all these other little tasks to become a bigger level it’s like no you guys started being receipt scanning and I are just making people do all this stupid stuff

Needs some fixing
Games are fun. Loved this app until the last update - now I can’t access any of my In Progress games. Their AI bot isn’t helpful. When a game had me join the Facebook group I lost 40 levels of progress so I missed out on all of the future progress rewards in that game because they all expired. It also tells you that you can take your first payout at $25 but every gift card and PayPal has a $30 minimum.

Word of advice: AVOID THIS APP and use Branded Surveys or Inbox Dollars. I have emailed support multiple times for over TWO MONTHS and still haven’t gotten my credits!
This app exists to rip you off. No other purpose. Can you make money? Yes. Do you have to chase down every single dime because the app won’t track 98% of the actions you perform to earn money? YES.
Find a game you like, play, and earn money from achievements. Pretty straightforward, right? WRONG. Of the ten or so games I’ve started playing, the app only tracked 4… and even then, it stopped tracking achievements very early on and it’s been nonstop emails to customer service, which are now being ignored.
And here’s the best part: once you start playing those games you enjoy and the app doesn’t track? You can NEVER use them again on any other similar app that actually works, Branded Surveys or Inbox Dollars.
So if you like endlessly emailing customer support with multiple screenshots and subsequently being ignored while permanently disqualifying yourself from using games on apps that actually work, Copper is the app for you!

There is several things I don’t care for from this app they can improve
Only able to scan 5 receipts
Only able to scan 5 receipts for the whole week and the site is asking for almost 5k points to cash out that’s not enough money maybe 10 bucks a year and the everyday spin wheel always says you lose or game promo
Limited to five receipts a week.
Other apps, let you upload more than five receipts a week. Tried playing games, but I had already played the game on another app so I played it for no reason and got no points.
It’s not as great as they say it is
Sure you earn 10$ when you sign up but then it is so hard to earn anything over 0.03cents the only good thing is the daily wheel like you earn one cent for taking a 4min survey
