Unusable App

This app at least on iPhone is completely unusable. The app continuosly shuts down while typing or just anytime randomly. It’s impossible to fill in the required information on the app because it will crash within seconds of starting. The app should be fixed or removed from the app store.

What are they charging for?

You still have to fill out a copyright form, and you still have to pay the copyright fee. What exactly are they charging you for? Their form is actually more complicated than the actual copyright form. Total waste of money.
