This app is terrific, easy to use. Its not just one thing we need to work on and this app introduces the concept that we need to include all aspects of our living in order to live healthy lives. Well done! I use this daily to keep my future in focus - love it!

Showed how I'd look in 10 years, at first I wasn't looking so good but then when I changed a few things, the future changed to what I could live with. Really interesting app!
Disappointed
Just downloaded the app on basis of reviews and an article in the Ottawa Citizen. Unfortunately when I completed the challenges and clicked to see my future, the bodies of my avatars were as dark as the background, therefore impossible to see. And there doesn't seem to be any link for customer support. Very disappointing. I'll check again in a few weeks with the hope this design flaw has been corrected. Could be a helpful tool.
