Really great option!
I needed something for my very small scale blog for friends and family, and MailerLite is just the perfect option for me. I found it to be easy to use and gets the job done no problem. Also I like the privacy protection options.

It needs to be easier
I find the set up all over the place compared to kit and it’s confusing like with the campaign I can’t just send one to a new subscriber it has to be a group which is annoying and I feel everything could be made simpler like kit however your plans are very good I would advise to keep them how they are

Don’t waste your money
New to tech beyond basic abilities. Building my first websites and was recommended MailerLite. Ran a test email automation to myself and within a day or two they terminated my acct.
Said I didn’t follow anti-spam rules. After appealing it they said they didn’t like my content. I’m not sure what their issue was it was non political and non controversial.
They won’t refund your money. There’s other sites available. Sad we live in a world where there’s no integrity.

Unhappy Customer
I purchased the recommended plan for my business and it still doesn’t work like I need it too. So I purchased the next plan up to have access to automation and scheduling but it seems like I still don’t have access to it. They want you to purchase the highest plan to get what you need. It’s too expensive and too complex.
