Don’t waste your money
New to tech beyond basic abilities. Building my first websites and was recommended MailerLite. Ran a test email automation to myself and within a day or two they terminated my acct.
Said I didn’t follow anti-spam rules. After appealing it they said they didn’t like my content. I’m not sure what their issue was it was non political and non controversial.
They won’t refund your money. There’s other sites available. Sad we live in a world where there’s no integrity.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! MailerLite is under investigation for illicit activity. Their compliance team has been caught terminating accounts without warning, cause or explanation and they withhold refunds. They are also being sued for breach of services across thousands of accounts for offering access to the platform and then removing it before paying customers even had a chance to use the services. On Google, they removed over 100 negative reviews and replaced them with fake 5 star reviews from fake accounts. Please use extreme caution and look some where else.

Been a client for years and my account suddenly got cancelled and there is no one to talk to.
Not compatible
Cannot make and edit campaigns across devices so if I start something on my laptop I cannot edit it on the app etc.
Copied campaigns can’t be edited
This is the new MailerLite app. Users should be able to duplicate a sent campaign and then make text or image revisions, but this can’t be done in the app. I’m comparing MailerLite Manager to the Mailchimp iPhone app, which DOES let users modify draft campaigns before sending. Thus the MailerLite app is only useful for stats and exact-same duplicates of campaigns. Please add this function as soon as possible.

Doesn’t work!
The app just doesn’t work at all. All pages say ‘An error occurred when gathering your data. Please pull down to refresh.’ and refreshing, closing and updating the app haven’t fixed it. It’s just unusable :(
Great on desktop app Keeps failing
Keep having to delete and reinstall app. It loses sign in credentials, but doesn’t give you the option to sign back in so have to delete. Twice in past week. Mailerlite in general is fab hence still 3 stars but the app is frustrating at the moment.
App never loads
For days it’s not worked and just reads as an error occurred.
Unreliable
Data constantly doesn’t load and is very unreliable.

Absolutely fantastic & incredibly easy to use . Highly recommend.

I’ve not used MailerLite for long, but so far so good, really easy to navigate, I’m sure lots more to learn but works very smoothly so far and really pleased.
Out in a sudden it couldn’t load…
It was working fine. But out in a sudden it popped out saying “An error occurred…” I tried refreshing it, closing the app. Nothing worked
Unstable
Keeps showing an “error occurred” screen with refresh that does nothing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times which only fixes it for that specific use. When I close the app and come back, same thing. The only way to use this app right now is to install fresh right before using. (As of March 2026).
