Wish the app was more reliable.. always logged out and needs a new password
Have to reset password every time I log in!
This is crazy! Every time I want to log in I have to reset my password. And the password can't be even remotely similar to the last one. This has to be the most annoying app I've ever used. I get requiring periodic updates but this makes me want to throw my phone out the window. And please at least put a prompt saying to update password, not that you're entering the wrong password! Once you're on the app you can't even make many changes to your account. Horrible!

Useless & out of date data
Other than end of day account values, this app is useless! The YTD percentages a month or more out dat and incorrect. There is nothing that the app offers functionally. Recommend deleting this embarrassment representing a company like Corebridge (Valic) and hire competent professionals to totally recreate an app of value and function.

Absolutely useless app. Gives no information other than a balance. I would give it zero stars if possible.
Can’t Even Sign In
I was originally told to download your app to easily manage my account/policy and make me monthly premium payments. To my surprise, my login doesn’t even work through the app, I can only use the webpage via browser. At this point, the app is rendered completely useless if I can’t even log into my amount. I’ve called in twice for assistance to try to figure out why I cannot log in through the app to no avail, with the only recommendation being uninstalling and reinstalling the app which changed nothing.

Invalid login via this app
I can’t get logged in via this app. When I enter my credentials on the website - only via my laptop - I get in fine. This app is useless.

Have annuities against most advice from colleagues and although its worked well for me the app is useless. Fortunately can still access directly online.

UI leaves something to be desired
I mainly use the app to log in to check my account balances. I realize that two-factor authentication is for my protection but it’s a PITA and I particularly dislike that the “resend code” option is right below where you type the code and the “verify” option is below that (sometimes way below that). It’s easy to get confused and tap resend when you meant to verify.

Still lacking
Everything loads really slowly. Face ID doesn’t work. Can’t enable/disable it and it won’t work when you go to sign in. Education tab doesn’t work.
