Literally does not work

It says it’s logging me in and then…

Get it? Nothing. Nothing happens. A screen with no information, no menu, and no way to log out or refresh to try again. It’s been like this for months. Not like it was great when it did work - all you could do was check the balance. Just why?

I want to know what my financials are doing, but for the last two or three months, I have not been able to even get on this app. I’ll call customer service and they’ll be glad to give me the information but it’s just sad that I should have to! What’s going on guys?
