Locks Up constantly
After logging in, the app just “freezes.” It’s been terribly slow in the past but now it’s essentially useless.
Their web portal is better, but only marginally so - still slow, clunky.
If my employer didn’t use this financial group for my 403(b) I would avoid this company.

Horrible app
This app works maybe 10% of the time. It almost always doesn’t let me in to see my information. I have to use the website. They really need to work out the kinks. All my coworkers have the same issue with this app. Please fix it!

This app has been non-functional for over a month. It just shows a chronic loading screen.

For a major financial institution, this app is disappointing. It'd be better to have no app than this useless junk. I can't even get it open. Get with the program , Lincoln. It's not a good look.

Nothing makes me trust my retirement more than an website/app that won’t log me in.

Unable to upload images
One would expect that an iPhone app would allow uploading of photos from the photos app but the file extensions supported are jpg not jpeg which is used on iOS.
App needs work
This link financial app needs to be in the works. Lincoln financial has multiple apps for no reason they should just create one great simple insurance financial app all in one place this app needs a lot of things such as modernization. And one simple app for you financial need not 4
Unfortunate.
When can has wonderful products and does great things with money… With the exception of hiring a decent company to build their app. This is one of the worst app in the financial sector; it seldom works and it’s always a pain to interact with
Java Limitations
This app isn’t fully functional. No iPhone can access the account statements. You have to use an android or laptop to be able to get crucial documents. This is a fatal flaw with their app and website.

App never works have of the time, pretty sure they didn’t accept my review for it being so bad.
Used to function
Biometrics no longer work. Now they’re placing 3rd party ads. App has little value now. When I officially retire I’m now considering moving my funds.
This app is constantly terrible in new ways
It's clear that some team is regularly working on this app because it changes on a fairly regular basis, and it's always terrible in some new way. Now, it's barely functional. I can sign-in, and I can just barely see my balance, but I can't do anything else - I can't even scroll on the page. It's just frozen.
