Links to information don’t work
The links to understand what things are eligible for certain claims, etc. don’t work. Which is very frustrating when they deny something and don’t say why.

Application never works, use online or move your money. Unless you’re locked in, well then good luck.
App doesn’t work!
I want to know what my financials are doing, but for the last two or three months, I have not been able to even get on this app. I’ll call customer service and they’ll be glad to give me the information but it’s just sad that I should have to! What’s going on guys?
One of the worst apps/websites I’ve ever seen
Horrible set up and not easy to navigate or find anything. I’ve never seen such a poor app and the website is just as bad. I was transferring and account and glad I am done with this organization. The app is truly reflective of the poor customer service offered at every level.

This app is by far the least helpful app ever and their website isn’t much better.

Haven’t been able to login for months now, maybe over a year. This is a sad state of affairs for any business in 2026. No excuses.

This app and website needs modernization. This is 2026 come on almost every single financial institution has modern technology with their website websites and apps.
Locks Up constantly
After logging in, the app just “freezes.” It’s been terribly slow in the past but now it’s essentially useless.
Their web portal is better, but only marginally so - still slow, clunky.
If my employer didn’t use this financial group for my 403(b) I would avoid this company.

Horrible app
This app works maybe 10% of the time. It almost always doesn’t let me in to see my information. I have to use the website. They really need to work out the kinks. All my coworkers have the same issue with this app. Please fix it!

For a major financial institution, this app is disappointing. It'd be better to have no app than this useless junk. I can't even get it open. Get with the program , Lincoln. It's not a good look.

Nothing makes me trust my retirement more than an website/app that won’t log me in.

Unable to upload images
One would expect that an iPhone app would allow uploading of photos from the photos app but the file extensions supported are jpg not jpeg which is used on iOS.
App needs work
This link financial app needs to be in the works. Lincoln financial has multiple apps for no reason they should just create one great simple insurance financial app all in one place this app needs a lot of things such as modernization. And one simple app for you financial need not 4
