Bank info before quote / cost
you'll be required to enter everything under the sun regarding your health and including your banking information including account and routing numbers before you are ever shown any quote or cost. show me the price then I'll decide if you need my bank info.
App and website both erroring out
Terrible experience. App and website have you answer a series of questions and at the end- it makes you wait forever for a result and ends up erroring out multiple times.
Doesn’t work
Nothing about this app works at all, in fact, I can’t even get into it because it will not recognize information that the website will. I’ve reached out to the Ethos team multiple times now and spent accumulative 20 hours on hold. They do not care, they will not help you, and there is nobody on the opposite side who can do anything at all really. I will be switching providers shortly. I’m pretty sure this entire thing is a scam.
