Lacking support for apple passwords
Please update the app to better support apple password integration. It is so difficult to automatically fill in passwords and change passwords with this app. I have to go to the website to recommend creation of a new strong password and when it saves, you can’t go to the app and easily input the password. Better yet, implement passkeys.
This app is so frustrating to use, especially when it mandates frequent changes in passwords.
Also, a user shouldn’t have to re-read terms to log in and make payments. No other bank I use requires this. Please figure it out.

Always have to reset password
It’s easy to use once you actually get in but I have to reset my password every single time I log in to pay which is super annoying and inconvenient. Even if I check the option to save and remember in Passwords or allow Face ID - I always have to reset it.
Login and password reset issues
I have tried to reset my password multiple days now and when I put in temporary password and create new password. The app just spins like it’s thinking and never logs me in. Super annoying. And somehow my saved password on Apple was kicked out hence I have to do forgot password in the first place. Like who remembers all the freaking passwords in today’s world. Every other app is so easy to reset password. Not this one. Please fix.

I Requested PMI removal and got no response.

It keeps saying to update, it is… I have deleted and redownloaded. Still does not work.

iPhone disallows most special characters in passwords. Web access for chl servicing allows special characters
So in effect, passwords with special characters set on the website make account inaccessible on iphones

The app devs raise a few red flags for me as a security dev:
1) You cannot paste into the password field while creating an account. This makes it challenging to use more secure generated passwords.
2) The password field does not support all characters. The period (.) character is disallowed. This is very concerning for a handful of best practices reasons. What this leads me to think is they left security up to a novice programmer/team.
The app itself is fine, but please consult experts and fix your security.
