Good app. Keeps logging me out and not honoring new passwords.
Terrible app
I hate this app. I have to go through so many stupid steps to just pay my mortgage. The stipulations for password changes and “rules” are ridiculous. I have to change it constantly, and at random times the app acts like it has no idea I’ve been using it forever and I have to reset everything. If you’re so concerned about someone getting into my account, that’s fine. Let them pay my mortgage for me. I just wanna pay my bill but this all makes it miserable every month

Recent update made things worse
Buggy app. It won’t let me make mortgage payment. No autocompleting account username/password

They make so hard to pay your mortgage. Resetting your password and removing your bank account information so that you have to verify it again is a waste of time. Nobody else is rushing to pay my mortgage.
Convenient
I love this Way of Making My Morgage payment, makes my life so much easier, convenient, and faster.

More than half the time you can’t get on the application. I want you to change your password every week

Lacking support for apple passwords
Please update the app to better support apple password integration. It is so difficult to automatically fill in passwords and change passwords with this app. I have to go to the website to recommend creation of a new strong password and when it saves, you can’t go to the app and easily input the password. Better yet, implement passkeys.
This app is so frustrating to use, especially when it mandates frequent changes in passwords.
Also, a user shouldn’t have to re-read terms to log in and make payments. No other bank I use requires this. Please figure it out.

Always have to reset password
It’s easy to use once you actually get in but I have to reset my password every single time I log in to pay which is super annoying and inconvenient. Even if I check the option to save and remember in Passwords or allow Face ID - I always have to reset it.
Login and password reset issues
I have tried to reset my password multiple days now and when I put in temporary password and create new password. The app just spins like it’s thinking and never logs me in. Super annoying. And somehow my saved password on Apple was kicked out hence I have to do forgot password in the first place. Like who remembers all the freaking passwords in today’s world. Every other app is so easy to reset password. Not this one. Please fix.

It keeps saying to update, it is… I have deleted and redownloaded. Still does not work.
Auto shutdown
Whenever I try to open the app it says update but there is nothing to update.

I’m so sorry about my late payment. I totally forgot as I was out of town at my daughters house with grandkids. I am truly embarrassed and sorry!

I hate this app so much it’s hard to describe. I select to allow facial recognition and it never works. I never remember my password so I have to do a new one every time and I hate you so much I hope you all die.
