Awful app and useless support
The app locked me out, then said that my security details were incorrect. Contacted the prepaid team multiple times and the supposedly updated my details, but still getting the same error message.
Useless
App is outdated and has zero functionality. The app it’s just a window to your account. Even the website has no more functionality than the app. Customer service telephone number is outsourced. Prepare to hold in long queues and speak to someone unwilling to help or care.
Very poor app
Terrible app, forced to use it by my company. Often won’t load foreign currency, often unavailable. Very poor
Keep having to reinstall
