Terrible experience
Appalling, took 1hour to get working and logged in. Worst app I have used.
Never works
This app is absolute garbage. I’ve missed out on getting tickets to many events at no fault of my own because the single sign on option constantly decides to stop working. I’ve reached out to support numerous times and never hear back from them.
No notifications
This app gives no notifications when balances changes even though all settings are on to get them. Have problems logging in every time using the app. Need to use this app for my child’s school and was in debt with the school because i could log in and having no notifications
An awful app
Such an awfully difficult and painful app
Terrible app design
I use this app as part of my college bursary and it’s terrible. I can’t even log in as when the FaceID popup disappears, it just redirects me back to the log in page. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in and it’s still broken.
