Terrible
It suspended my account because I “attempted to pay too many times”. I double checked to make sure my card info was correct and it was but it just kicked me out. It’s easy to use though I’ll give it that.

This app is easy to use, when it works!! I have had my account blocked and told to create an account because my existing information could not be found . Upon trying to create the new account as I was relaid , the app then tells me I can’t because of an existing account with the same phone number . I don’t know if the money I sent has been applied to the account or if it is in limbo !!! I can not get through to a customer care using the only phone number available !!! This app needs some very serious attention, in 2026 it should NOT be this difficult to send money from app to app!!!!!!!! Do Better!!!

3 family members are trying to make an account. And we can’t do it because it says we already have an account which obviously is not true. Fix this stupid app .
