Not able to make an account
3 family members are trying to make an account. And we can’t do it because it says we already have an account which obviously is not true. Fix this stupid app .

won’t let me create an account. says the device token field is required even though i’ve filled everything out. my finances best friend went in with 80 bucks and there’s no way for anyone to deposit money if we can’t create an account.

The app won’t let me login even though I’m using correct login credentials. Doing a password reset does not work either. Please fix bug issues.

The app tends to log you out alot and when you try to log in , it says the account is no longer available

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. Nobody answers the phone. I am unable to create an account because I already “exist”. The AI assistant is garbage. It’s already stressful enough trying to figure out what’s going on with my loved one and this???? Trash. Flaming trash.

So far so good except for sometimes the calls will cut out that’s happened five or six times over about 40 calls and I think I should be refunded for those however, when I call customer service I can’t get through. That’s the only issue I have.
