Good App, Got Sidewalk Fixed in 1 Day! Some Bugs Need to be fixed with Photo Upload Form
I just found out about this app, and reported a fairly dangerous ADA/safety sidewalk hazard using the app. The next morning a crew from City Public Works showed up to fix it. So the app facilitated my goal. Thank you, City of Sarasota!
However, there are a few bugs/upgrades needed to be fixed. The app directions said I could ‘upload a photo’ but didn’t actually allow me to upload a photo. It only let me take a Live Photo with my camera. But I wasn’t at the sidewalk location anymore, so I airdropped the photo to my computer, and took a Live Photo of my computer screen — which worked fine. (But most people probably either wouldn’t think or care to do those extra steps…and just not report it…which I would have done if this wasn’t a sidewalk I walk by a few times every day.)
So that’s a bug that should be fixed. And they should also allow at least 2 photos (for different angles/perspectives), instead of just 1 sole photo.
This is a good app and now that I know about it, I look forward to using it again when needed.

It's been frustrating before this. Thank you. Particularly the crossing signals... needed this.
