Biggest gripe: the app requires a local phone number. It never uses the phone number, but requires you to verify it with an OTP to order.
This means that whenever I have visitors at work, all the coffee is on me. Please enable foreign numbers.

Matcha magic experienve
I’ve never been a fan of matcha coffee but a friend recommended me to try Costa, “matcha coffee with coconut milk.” It was great. I was addicted. After that experience, I always rave Costa matcha coffee with other friends and they love it too. The staff is amazing, particularly in University Hospital Sharjah. All of them are highly professional, reliable and friendly.

The app / wallet card needs a country icon!! The cards are identical for UAE and UK, a way of differentiating them would be very useful.

Tricky business idea all over uae
Costa Coffee promotes the idea of offering a free coffee to customers who purchase anything from the store and download their app. However, despite meeting all the criteria, many users, including myself, haven’t received the promised coffee. It feels like a tricky business strategy to attract downloads without delivering on the promise.
