About

Couch 2 Court is a Couch-to-5K for basketball: a guided interval timer that builds your on-court conditioning from the ground up. Press start and just follow the cues. Each session walks you through timed intervals — easy dribble jogs, speed and crossover work, max-effort sprint-dribbles, and shooting drills (threes, movement shooting, layups) — with spoken cues and beeps so you never have to look at your phone. A warm-up and cool-down bookend every workout. You set the pace. After each session you tap how it felt — Easy, Good, or Hard — and the app moves your difficulty up, holds it, or eases off. No tracking, no measuring you. Just show up and do the work. The plan runs on a simple weekly rhythm: five court days and two rest days, climbing an open ladder of levels until you're court-ready. Features: - Guided interval sessions with voice cues and beeps - Dribble, sprint, and shooting drills built into every workout - Self-reported difficulty that adapts to how you feel - Lock screen and Dynamic Island live timer while you train - Audio mixes with your music — it never takes over your playback - Works fully offline. No account, no sign-up, no data collected Lace up and get on the court.

Training now fits you, not a fixed programme. • Set your height, weight, age, activity level and shooting hand once. Jog and walk lengths are built from that — how active you already are matters more than your weight. • Intensity dial: Relax, Standard or Hard, switchable mid-session. It only changes the blocks you have not started, so nothing restarts under you. • Choose how often you train: every day, every other day, or every third. • Optional gym days on your off days, with a simple full-body routine. • Stretching before and after every session, plus footwork — slides, backpedal, lateral bounds, carioca. • Dribble cues name your actual weak hand. • A beep ten seconds before every change, adjustable cue volume, and cues that lower your music instead of fighting it. • Optional reminders on the days you train.
