Everyone will place cod order and when you contact the customer they says cancel the order, this application is not realiable to customer neither for seller, they took 1500 from me for whatsapp promotion but it was a bad decission ! The person who enrolled me also told a fake name to me , His actual name was something else and he told me Rahul .These sales person never show their original face, because this complete apllication is fake!!!!!!! This app is taking our. Money and didn’t do work I started a small business and after I use this app because this app services told me your paid your package after you took your leads. And after grow your business but after paid they didn’t give a leads and they took 4 months of money and I don’t know where is my money but I thought where I use my money and than I stopped auto paid payment my money wested 8k above 😭😂🙃🙃and l told them pls return my money bug they didn’t

Fake app u will not get anything if u order plus all sellers and maximum are fake u have to take premium which is auto debit and u cant cancel it till 3 months plus the support will only help u till u a premium member then they will not even answer if u r seller and selling products the fake buyers which they created will msg u and chat then they will stop u will get lot of msg but no lead of selling coz they created fake buyers who waste ur time dont download or buy even there reviews with all 4/5 stars are fake

Useless app
I got one order but they don’t provide order shipping facility so I can I purchase shipping label and I ask to courier person for shipping , he told me, he can ship but can not collect payment. Don’t waste your time and every seller get first fake order than weeks gone., don’t not received single order.

Fake Products Don’t Buy No Return Option
Dear All, This CoutLoot is a fake online selling platform. They will send the roadside quality products and forget about the sizes which u have ordered. These bunch of idiots have registered their pathetic name coutloot and fooling people around by showing original product images and sending you the 10th grade copy items which you may expect with the price they are offering.
And nobody bothers to return it just because the amount is way less.
But this company is actually cheating on a big scale like this. Pls don’t fall into the trap of cheap prices. The quality of Coutloot is Cheapest. I’m throwing their two Lowere in the Dustbin.

Worst app no quick sellers respond …late delivery takes more days then expected days I dont find this app useful at all i m not able to transfer my cash to bank account since 7-8 months and when i contact support team they have made gst mandatory without that i can not withdraw my cash… not worth for reseller as well… gst is mandate for huge annual turn over a reseller wont able to afford gst burden at start of beginning who's just here for her/his closet clearance.. this app is not been working for more then 2 days…

Fraud in the name of return
I ordered a product on COD, it clearly says return is eligible on this item. When it arrived I opened the parcel infront of the delivery boy, and asked for the return because I didn’t expect that quality of the product. He told me that this is not the procedure after arguing so much that you’ll have to pay first then ask for the return online.
Then I requested for return online. Theg contacted me on whatsapp and denied of my request for return saying return is not in their policy. And told me to read the company policy and yes they have mentioned inside that policy that returns aren’t accepted, although on the delivery detail of the product it is clearly mentioned that this product is eligible for retutn. A clear loot.
I even asked for exchange of the product if not return, denied that too.

Poor seller management !
Not good for sellers as the customer service is pretty bad .. there is no listening ear to sellers in case the products are returned without labels / used by customers … so basically if you are ready to bear these kind of losses then go for it or else go for a safer and more reliable Meesho .
No customer service , Paid promotion plans are bogus . I took the plan but never get activated after talking to customer care for almost seven days . Won’t recommend for any serious online seller . Good for people who have physical stores and wants to sell online .

Fraud app Only Cheaters Everywhere
*BIG ALERT* Fraudd Appppp.. .why would seller pay if customer returns the product.. when its not even defective.. coutloot ask to pay 200 if u want the product back otherwise they will not return the product they say our customer executives will wear and roam everywhere .. i have proofs regarding them they are so cheap . When we/seller asks where it has written , then they send their own edited pictures of terms nd condition , where as there is no same proof on their app.. they just want to earn like this. They manipulates only 😡😡 Highly recommended to those who wants to bankrupt.😊

Coutloot is an amazing app. I am able to sell alot of my stuff, the traffic is amazing. I get a lot of response for my listings. Also their customer service is very quick and reliable. I called them for my cashout request, and Sarfaraz made sure I receive the money as soon as possible in my bank acc. I am totally in love with the app. The charges deducted for cancellation of products if by chance we decide not to sell, and the product is not even picked up yet,hurts a bit though.

This app & their employees are the biggest scammers & total fraud. I have sold items worth Rs. 6000 & they are not giving me my money. It’s been over 2 months now. They never pay you, you have to keep chasing them & they keep giving random excuses to fool you. They have now blocked my account since they dont want to give me my money. Complete waste it money, time & energy. TOTAL scammers & most fraud website. Going to file strict complaint now . Please dont fall into this Fraud Website TRap.

Best place to sell your clothes
I’m using this app from past 2.5 years and I’m quite happy with the service and the customer service team is very helpful especially Raveena is there most of the time to help me with all the queries and she’s absolutely amazing in her work. This is the best place to sell your old precious clothes.

Lots of Bugs
Lots of bugs in app, some functions not working given message retry every time, searching not working, product category not founds and color not found, if we select other in product brand name then nothing to find color or model nothing to show me, there is lots of bugs, i try to sell my product and start to uploading listing but not given proper data all the time gives a message retry or go back. Very disappointed with this app or it’s service, please fix soon as possible

Unable to update app version on iOS ?
I downloaded this app 6 days ago and have been listing stuff to sell. But now I get an error message saying image upload failed. So I’m unable to list any of my items to sell.
Contacted the support team and it says to update the app to V 5.11.02
Not sure if that’s for android or iOS cos on the App Store I don’t see the option to update this app?
I’m disappointed that I can’t use the app and your support team is not very helpful.
