Customer service is questionable

I had great and fast service until I wanted to return a product which is fake and customer service not only denied but forced the transaction to go through so I couldn’t even get a refund, specifically Mohamed, not only couldn’t comply but also took long to reply. Forcing the transaction and scamming me of a good amount because I thought it was the legit brand which is Aelfric Eden.
