Very easy to use, great functionality, fast, perfect for what I need. Love the ability to do foreign currency payments direct from my current accounts.
Below average
This seems to be down for maintenance on a regular basis. I would always have a back up bank account and app with another bank as this is not reliable and missing a lot of functionality that other banking apps have.
Update brings many bugs
Latest update stops Face ID working. Can only open app using passcode. Please fix.
Does not work
Over the last three weeks the app has worked one day. I can’t get into banking or see my statements. Help desk are super supportive but nothing seems to be done.
Not in the same league as other banking apps
The app crashes probably around 1/3 of the time I try to open it. It also takes around 30 seconds to open - far longer than any other banking app I’ve used. And the functionality is nowhere close to other banking apps. Disappointing.

Slow and unwieldy.
Slow to load, often out of service at weekends and lacks the functionality of the older app such as ability to download payment advices.
On the upside it must be secure - no self respecting hacker would have the time to master it!

Repeatedly Fails to Launch and too slow
This App repeatedly fails to launch when trying to open - when it does after about 10 aborts it runs so slowly
Well Done !
Payments are now very easy and straightforward.
Low level of functionality
Outdated compared to free accounts such as Chase, although the Coutts 24 phone service is excellent.

I do not get an alert when somebody has credited my account.

Removing this is very inconvenient. It does not make me safer - but I now need another phone to take pictures of payments to use as confirmation

I use them in some form or other most days and they are always there to support me no matter what time of the day or night!
Reliable
I have found this app safe and secure way of banking. Staff team are helpful in rectifying issues if required. Face ID gives assurance.
