Even customer service said its a scam
When you purchase, all purchases recieve promo cash. The promo cash makes it so any money lost gets taken from your redeemable balance, any money won gets 1-3% moved to redeemable. They do not disclose this at purchase, it is the worst play-through system that exists on any site or app. Their support phone number isnt real and goes to a NY number that isnt set up. Chat support provides no information and takes hours to respond.
By far the worst app to gamble on that exists, and most. Likely an outright scam. They should be reported to the ftc and taken off the app store.
Customer service directly told me they do not follow their terms of service when called out, then deleted messages and blocked me from chatting. I contacted via social media to address why support themselves claim they do not follow TOS for customer safety, instead of getting assistance was blocked. They are directly scamming you and lying about offering support, and if you get the right agent they will even admit that.

Great if you love scams
This app portrays itself as helping you become financially savvy but they just want you to be less financially responsible and pay them money instead to play their rigged games.
I have completed multiple opportunities to “win back” (their words) some of my purchases. My redeemable cash is a big fat 0. The app is a lie. Don’t pay lose more money trying to pay off your debts. They’re probably just data mining your shopping behaviors and selling that, and taking sucker’s cash to play real games.
Developers: go ahead and delete this; I have it copied and I will post it every single day if I have to. People need to know they are being ripped off.

Let me play for two weeks now it won't
I played no issues for two weeks. More I try the games and it tells me it's not available in my area. When it wasn't an issue last week. Super disappointed in this app.
