Not the best.
This app definitely has potential, but now every one of my daily boxes just gives me “lifestyle tickets” or whatever, I’d rather some money to actually play the games and I haven’t gotten anything in the daily boxes since I first downloaded the app. They just want you to keep spending money.

I won up to 15 and the told me that 1-5 percent turns into redeemable and i started with like 25 cents redeemable and i made it to 100 and it went down to 18 cents and then i contacted support and asked hey, i don’t think you percentages are working and they kept repeating saying keep playing so i lost 40 then it said i had 6 cents redeemable and from there i knew it was a joke i wish i could put negative stars and sue this company for false advertising cause they play it off like a favor but in reality apps broken and indian support isn’t the greatest thing ever, save up them ruppees.

I play i win 53 dollars and now i can’t cash out the money
These people genuinely cheat like you’ve heard about in the movies
So I at first was willing to give their customer service a chance to fix the issue where their casino app is openly cheating and rewarding wins to the house. I submitted screenshots of every time the system gave the win to the cheating casino, even when it was RIDICULOUSLY OBVIOUS that the casino had lost their hand and needed to pay out. I get why they don’t call themselves a casino, ZERO casinos I have ever seen, heard of, been to or experienced ever just openly cheat and steal. This needs to be banned and genuinely investigated. I want to know how many millions of dollars these scammers have openly stolen from American users. I’m glad I was able to submit proof to both Apple and google of the straight up cheating. I doubt it will do anything to these thieves, they’re lining pockets already to be able to get away with “not legally a casino?” Somehow. So there’s open bribery and corruption at every level of this system, from the App Store, to the developers, to the moderators, all the way to even customer service to just openly cheat and steal. It’s wild. They also take WAY too much financial data from you, and you WILL suddenly start receiving bills for credit cards you’ve never opened from companies you’ve never heard of. Spending money in places VERY suspiciously close to the headquarters of COVRD. It’s wild……

SUPER disappointed…
You guys use to award “bonus cash” in the mystery box and that would actually make me feel like depositing my own money was worth it. But now for the past month all you get is lifestyle entries… I hate that. I haven’t deposited any money since and won’t be doing so unless it get switched back… at least make the people that are spending money on your app feel like they aren’t getting completely ripped off! … also I have referred 6 people and they also feel the same. They have all since deleted your app! Switch it back or loose 7 LOYAL customers. Not to mention the countless other people you most likely lost because of this… DO BETTER!

It’s not possible to give zero stars, but I gave it one. It’s not available where I am(Michigan). It’s the same thing with quite a few other apps but it kind of sucks. If you’re going to advertise something make sure it’s available everywhere It’s advertised.

Unless you want to watch the casino openly cheat and laugh in your face. The game just straight up stole my $50 redeemable reward. I was like “I have $51 to redeem, maybe I can make it an even $55”. I opened “Covrd 21”, watched the game push my bet to max bet for the first time ever, normally it lets you choose the bet. Then it dealt me a legit 21, I then watched it flip the casino’s cards, and the game decided that the 7 that the house had drawn was the actual winner. It happened so fast I didn’t even get the chance to screenshot it. Please do not download this game. I don’t even want to know what this app funds if they’re genuinely cheating and stealing this openly. There’s some nefarious things going on behind closed doors with this obvious shell company. I should have never thought I’d be lucky enough to have actually won $50 over the course of a few weeks.
