App doesn’t load customers correctly
When I’m searching for a customer the app will cut me off and just load random customers and it takes a while to actually populate the customers

I’ve been using Covid video for almost a year now. About 40% of our business is out of state or a few hours away CO video helps me make a quick walk around video. Makes it easy and fast well as my customers know who I look like so they’ll walk up to me and say Evan love your video. I would give more stars, but it only limits me to five.

Awesome platform!
I really enjoy covideo and it makes the biggest difference separating yourself from your competitors. Several customers have come in and asked for me by name just because of an intro video I’ve sent. I also use it to do vehicle walk arounds for customer and have been told that made the biggest difference for them choosing to do business with us. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible app and glitches all the time
The app is the worst, i’m using the iphone 17 pro max and the app still slow and take an unbelievable time to upload videos to my customer. Made me hate my job
Recent update is terrible
Most recent update makes the video editing feature unusable. It is impossible to delete a clip if you have multiple recorded in sequence which you used to be able to do before. Also, if you try to shorten a clip or spice two clips, the ability to adjust the clip length is almost impossible to use. Please revert this back.

Is trash. Needs to be optimized. I’m on a newer phone. My connection isn’t the issue.
Raw app which doesn't get better with time
No stabilisation. Slow uploading. complicated interface that doesn't help much. No wide angle for front camera in both cameras mode. Kinda makes the job.
