App sucks

I bought 2 of the expensive 400e series, main point was to automate, it always breaks terrible purchase, I would have been better off getting a cheap filer and a manual timer than this POS

IoT at its absolute...worst

"At this time a connection cannot be made with the server [app crash]".

I'd be so embarrassed if I was Coway.

Best Air Purifier Worse App

I own several Coway air purifier products which I am very happy with. It is probably one of the best, if not the best, air purifiers available. However, they have developed one of the worst apps I have ever used in my entire life. I’ve signed up for this app before and after not using it because it’s just a terrible app, I decided to give it another go. Nope. It is just as terrible as I remember. First, it had me register all over again. Second, wouldn’t connect to WiFi. Third, didn’t recognize my product I’m trying to register. Fourth, won’t connect to WiFi. Did I mention it won’t connect to WiFi? Terrible. I don’t like getting the WiFi versions because I hate paying for something I can’t use and this is the part of the product that is completely and utterly useless.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY COWAY APPS

Be cautious Coway will take your data/personal info. As per their terms of service. DONT do it that app is not worth it it’s wayy too slow and has no benefits to just using the buttons on the purifiers.
The app seems like the whole point of their app is to collect data since there is no care in the actual app and literally 3min after I signed up I got spammed a bunch of spam emails. Which those emails are designed to target unaware users and potentially scam a
