Terrible buggy and slow very difficult to navigate and it resets your delivery order if you go back to the menu page
Slimy rewards system
I guess it’s convenient, unless you want to use a reward. Then “something went wrong” and no rewards are valid. Seems a little suspicious. Chicken is good, just the business practices are a little shady

The best spot for a healthy meal
Started going to this place two weeks ago and I have a hard time not ordering everyday. Everything I tried is amazing and the staff if super nice and their hot sauce is incredible. Got my own bottle at home now.
Delivery
Received food 2 hours after ordering… I will never use delivery again.
Delivery Issue
The Uber delivery driver delivered the wrong order to my door. He came back & switched it out. The rolls & dessert were not in the bag. I love Cowboy Chicken, but sadly, this was not a good experience.

My fave lunch spot!
Love cowboy chicken so much! It is close to my job but not my house but either way I’m getting it for lunch and dinner lol! All my coworkers use it for lunch also! The app is by far the way to go. I get lots of rewards! After just three visit they give me a 5 dollar reward! Love itttt😄
I love Cowboy Chicken!
Cowboy Chicken has been my go to when I want something like a home cooked meal but without me having to do it. I don’t care for the cobbler at all but everything else gets the thumbs up!
Order wrong
Receipt is correct. Brought it home and it was wrong. Why is it so difficult to read.

Best Chicken and sides
This place has some great chicken and the sides like the beans and potatoes are wonderful. Don’t want to forget the Mexican corn!! yummy!
Excellent Chicken
Food is always good & fresh! The service is friendly & quick.
Had to Wait
Orders online and came at the time they requested to get up here and the lady says the order never printed. Didn’t offer me a drink to wait or nothing. Horrible customer service they didn’t apologize or anything. I love Cowboy Chicken and never had a bad review.
Interface issues
Data entry is hard. Text fields don’t autofill with CC info from Wallet or name/etc. info like normal text fields. Based on the huge download size and the non-universal layout feel I think this is because it’s some wrapper of a wrapper of a web app.

App is missing the Family Chicken Meal for 4 for months!!

ordered chicken , chicken was so hard and old i couldn’t chew it . they never disappoint but this night was horrible !
Food Good, App Bad
App won’t let you store an address in your profile. Placed an order for delivery which was taking a lot longer than estimated and the only way to get a true status is to call the store. Deliveries weren’t available from their system. So, not sure why the app took the order or why the restaurant didn’t let us know.
