If I could give it zero stars, I would I’ve done one load and I’ve been trying to update the app ever since it won’t let me do anything else

I got a quote for shipping a pallet. Everything was agreed upon. The shipment was shipped and I paid. Later they sent me random charges that was more than the shipment. (One of the most expensive charges (they said my house was a construction site which it is not, my entire driveway and parking lot is all concrete. I have a horse corral far off in my property that they said was a construction site. I’ve spent the time to send pictures outlining it and they don’t care they said the “charges are valid”) I refuse to pay the random extra charges and have sent them countless emails showing there charges are not valid. Hunter Hillestad will not stop harassing me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY the quote they give is the down payment

has anyone struggled with the weird update thing regarding the app I cannot update it and it does not even give me the option to do so

App is useless
Every time I try to sign in it says the app needs updated, but there is no update available. Two weeks waiting on a response from customer service.
Require update, but no update available??
App showing “update required” but in App store there is NO update. I even tried deleting & reinstall the app

Signed in and app said to update and click the button. Did so but did not update.

As soon as I open it ask me to download the newest version. When I click on update it takes me to the App Store and it just says open. As soon as the app opens it ask me to download the newest version. It keeps boot looping from her.

CoyoteGO is second to none and always will be, even when it doesn’t exist anymore. I hope RXO will keep the layout and features of the CoyoteGO app instead of their own junk. Unable to access
Been approved and still no loads pop up.

On top of having one with the carrier I run this is nonsense. Doesn’t pay enough for this nonsense. App loses tracking , it’s complicated to use and scan documents, super slow upload speeds. Too much work for what it pays useless. All their positive reviews are from in-house trucks

App is glitching, always logs you out.
Wish they fix this issue. Always logs me out and when signing back on, when switch apps to see the email with verification code, it logs you out again and again.

Fraud
Fake load company. It took me 3 months to become a carrier and now they have no loads or access to anything. I can’t get ahold of anyone. Fake company.

Not sure why the app logs me out all the time. Then when try to log back in it won’t let you log back in. Always an error code that shows up.😒
