Great Way to Organize A Family
I absolutely love this app. I would give it 10stars if it synced with Alexa, but honestly all the notification features via email and app help with that.

Cozi is my lifeline for all things organization. Need to schedule a doctor appt? Check Cozi. Want to know when you can catch a game at the local ballpark? Check cozi. Cozi is my number one used app for keeping my family of five organized and keeping my parents and inlaws informed about all of our activities.

This is a great app that my family uses with ease. I would give 5 stars if: it offered greater customization for recurring events and the list function was smarter.
Great way to keep track of the family
After too many arguments with my husband when one of the other of us missed an important event, Cozi keeps us together. It’s so easy to use and affordable and doesn’t require yet another device.

Doesn’t play well with digital displays
I’ve subscribed to Cozi Gold since 2017 and love it, but will be cancelling my account. We have a digital display (Mango Display) and for months Cozi worked great. In February there was an update causing all day events to start at either 11pm the day prior or 4am day of. On very, very rare occasions it displays the start time correctly for a very short amount of time, we are talking a few minutes every few days/ weeks if that. I’ve watched the display flip start times between 11pm the day prior, 4 am day of and the correct all day time within seconds. I reached out to Cozi and their response was the calendar links port into Google Calendar correctly so it isn’t a problem on their end. That instead of selecting all day, time it from 0000 - 2359. Yeah, no. Mango Display cannot find the error on their part. I’ve tried other calendar links with Mango Display and all day events are displayed correctly leading to the belief that it is a Cozi issue. I give up since Cozi is unwilling to try and figure out the error to correct it. To me, it isn’t worth the price since it doesn’t perform how I need it to.

Great calendar.
I love my Cozi calendar and it’s great that it shares with my family and can calculate my husbands 4 on 4 off shifts so I can check them as far forward as I want. My suggested improvement would be to add more lines on each day for the month view. Sometimes it just says +3 more and I have to click on the day to see them. Would love to just see everything in the month view which is more visual that the 3 day option

I just wish there was the ability to make some appointments private- or select what family members can see them. This feature is something that would rank high- instead of running dual calendars.

Our family love this app its amazing we can all add our own details and know what's happening.
My favorite with one exception
We have been using Cozi for many years, and it truly is the best calendar app in my opinion with one exception..
I wish Cozi would allow clickable links, specifically navigation addresses. I hate that I have to open the app, edit the event, copy the address and then paste into maps. It would be nice to just click the address (or recipe from outside web address) and automatically pull up. In this instance it feels like doing an Austin Powers 12 point turn..
But truly otherwise this app keeps my brain in check!

I have been using this app for 13 years and it’s absolutely the best! I can add appointments, groceries, things to do. 10/10
Used to be better
I signed up for a free account. I agreed to keep the rules. They shared to offer certain services/features. Over time they have eliminated one feature after another. I still use it, but I have to find work arounds for almost everything.

Great app but too much $$$
Don’t rely on Cozi!
I’m sick and tired of the app randomly deleting my appointments. There is no rhyme or reason to it. So I can’t even pinpoint the issue. Yes I’ve updated the app, yes I’ve refreshed the app, closed it and opened it again, yes I pay for the Gold service. Cozi fails at literally the one thing it is meant to do!!! I can’t rely on it to accurately represent family appointments - it has caused arguments and missed appointments. Not cool at all.
