Need a new password every time
One of the most frustrating health apps I've used. Every time I want to access my test data my login fails. Have reloaded app several times. To no avail. Have to get a new password every time.

How can a company stay in business creating important medical apps with nothing higher than 1 star? How can a company like Clinical Labs put up with such bad representation and horrible service to its clients? You should be ashamed producing a product so bad, the only reason it’s used is because “we have to”.

Log in
I don’t see anyway to log in if you can’t remember your pass word or user name. Very frustrating!
Login problems
I created an account online but when I try to sign into the app it gives me a login error: username or password incorrect. I’m using the same credentials that I use to login online.
2008 called- they want their app back
This is pretty bad. Doesn’t take much to make an app somewhat decent. These devs really phoned it in on this one.
App doesn't work
Like others here, for me it won't accept my correct login credentials, and there isn't a password or username reset option anyway, so it's just a worthless piece of software.
The developers recently commented here that they updated the app. Really? You "updated" the app but didn't notice that every single one of the 34 reviews here is one star and that no one can log in? What did you update?

I just spent 30 minutes trying to book an app on the website. Keeps telling me there is no location and I’m looking at the building!
I then downloaded the app, thinking this may work. It was worse. You should take a look at your programming staff and start terminating the managers.

Time Machine
This app seems like it was designed for the iPhone 3G and never got an update. Their website is no better, there’s no landing page to view your labs. Get it together.

How do you obtain login data or create? Not impressed with app so far.
Can no longer log in on my phone
It’s very frustrating when you’re at a dr appt and trying to log in on the app on my phone and I can’t get in. This is ridiculous. Please fix this promptly as it is a HUGE inconvenience.

No password reset option, obsolete programming
Wow, at least have a competent entity write your app so that people can use it. This app along with their website login are nothing short of worthless. Fire your entire programming staff and hire folks that actually have the skills to complete the task.

I have tried several time and I can’t login. Need to updated this app. Not everyone has a desktop or laptop computer.

Terrible!!! There isnt even a way to set up an account. AND IT WONT ACCEPT PREVIOUS CPL LAB.com user or passwords!!!!!!! It is USELESS!!!!! And no way to contact them!!!
