Thanks for calling this out. Having to log in over and over, especially when the app is running slowly, makes the whole experience more frustrating than it should be. We’ve made some improvements on both fronts and are continuing to fine-tune things so that getting to your rewards feels faster and more seamless. We’ve addressed many of the reported scanner issues and have seen improvements, but we’re still working to make the experience even more reliable and consistent. Cool but..
I have to use my camera app to scan the QR (which takes me to the obsolete website, which has a link that takes me to cannopy app) to get my chips.
I’m glad I can still get chips somehow

Thanks for your feedback — really appreciate you sticking with us through the transition. What you’re likely scanning is a temporary QR code that was used during the transition from Craft Brand Rewards to Cannopy. For a short period, those codes were meant to direct users to the new app, but they unfortunately aren’t redeemable for chips. That said, we definitely want to make this right. If you reach out to support@cannopy.com with details of your purchase, our team can verify it and issue you valid QR codes so you can still earn your chips. Also, any newer QR codes marked with the Cannopy logo should scan directly within the app like normal. We truly appreciate your loyalty and are continuing to improve the in-app scanning experience.
