hard to beat
craigslist is (in my opinion) a lot better than all the alternatives, namely facebook marketplace. craigslist has lasted this long because its just plain good. im happy to pay a couple bucks to make certain types of posts rather than deal with ads. everyone ive ever met on craigslist has been kind and helpful.

Best marketplace app
Easy to use and has the most straightforward classic interface. I like that different methods of communication with sellers are available. Map feature is a big plus too.
Messaging is broken
The messaging part of this app needs fixed. I can’t see what I am typing while writing a message.
User for a long time
I’ve used CL to work gigs, find jobs, buy and sell items. To this day I’m on it daily.
Saving 1 pup at a time
This app is actually really great, especially when the puppies are truly free. Just because someone can’t afford to buy a puppy doesn’t mean they can’t afford to love and care for one.
Times are hard for a lot of people. Some families have enough to provide a puppy with a safe, loving home, food, and veterinary care—they just can’t afford a large purchase price upfront. Giving those families a chance to adopt can make all the difference for both the puppy and the new owner. ❤️🐶

A bunch of scammers will ask u to buy a vin check and if you do that will take your credit info and sell it on the black market. Watch out folks!!!

My dogs
First I tried to find new homes for my puppies and and someone tried to asked me do I accept Cash App or Venmo I said no they are free to good homes and then had me kicked out of Craigslist more then once they have don’t it to all the people that is trying to rehome their pets they been trying to scam people that really needs to be investigated they will say they will some there brother or son to pickup they dog there not interested in they breed or male or female they just say they on the way to pickup the dog I saved the numbers and emails they sent please take time to investigate it thank you

Love the app. Quick and easy. Craigslist still has the usual scammers but those are easy to avoid if you’re just doing local face to face

Cat contact and you can’t copy and paste in the chat area like a phone number so they can text you back with an address
