I placed an order 12 days ago, but the items have still not been delivered.

Tracking?
Tracking is required but when redirected to settings there is no tracking option so i guess this app is unusable for me?
Factory price my butt
The same jewelry cost 10-20$ more than in did a year ago . I get inflation but this is crazy.
design it is currently not working!
app is still nice, i typically create my own plugs usimg the design it section and currently its not working. like youre able to add the design but once you try to fit it to size and scale it correctly the image freezes and does this thing like the old solitaire game on the computer 😞😞😞 please fix it, this app and whole and thing was amazing

Can't even log in
Even though the update notes suggest the issue has been resolved, the app still demands "tracking access". I've given it all the access I can but it still asks and o can't log in. Waste of space and time.
Nice prices bad app performance
The store and selections are great but I’m so frustrated with the fact that once I add a purchase to my bag that I can’t just go back to where I was scrolling products before. I also had a crash when I was creating/linking my account. It emptied my shopping cart for some reason… It has potential to be a go to for me but please fix your app.

Why does it need to track me across other apps?
Always Signs Me Out
Every time I go on the app, it logs me out of my account and it makes me have to login again. Sometimes the app lags too.

Hardly works
I don't think I've ever left a review on an app ever, but this app is terrible. Requiring tracking is ridiculous as well as that it wouldn't log me in and I had to keep typing my information in after it refreshed, making you think you're signed in. I thought the app would be more functional than the website, this isn't the case. This app needs work.

Insists on tracking
I deleted the app because it insists on tracking my data and you cannot purchase from it unless you allow the tracking. No thanks!
Not the best shopping experience..
No back button when you click a product, so you have to redo your search and filters every time you look at a product. That alone is frustrating..but heaven help you if you have a huge cart and close the app for a minute. The entire cart empties!! It’s cool, it only took me an hour to fill my cart. What’s another hour of finding the same products again? 😭😭

God awful app/company
This app is horrible. It doesn’t keep you logged in, and I put a coupon in, hit purchase, the app goes nuts, and now says that I can’t use to coupon anymore. The app literally won’t let me buy anything which is fine because now I can take my business to better, more functional company, please don’t use this app it’s about as bad as it gets..

Love the company, hate the app.
I love buying from Crazy Factory as they have an amazing selection of piercings. The app however is a nightmare to use. It constantly logs me out once I’ve logged in. The navigation is horrible, I can’t “go back” to the precious page, I have to go to the menu and do it all the long way and lose track of what I was looking at.
Just want an app that keeps me logged in so I can keep track of the piercings I’m looking at and a back button so I can keep track of where I am.
I always get fed up and just use the website.
Please help so I can shop from you guys easier.

Easy to use
Over all is nice and easy to use, but what bothers me is that it doesn’t have a back button.
Love the site but not the app
Can't even use the app because it keeps telling me that tracking access is required but can't let them access in settings. Basically useless app for me:( sad because i LOVE this store with all my hearts.
What’s up with the tracking?
I cannot navigate this app without it telling me to turn on access to tracking in settings; I have all of the permissions for this app enabled, and yet it still bugs me about it. I’ve never used a jewelry shop app that begs to track you this bad. Heavily disappointed.
why is this
this is the only app that has ever required me to activate tracking in my phone’s confidentiality settings to work. I don’t know why it wants this, but I don’t like it and it’s unnecessary. only reason I got the app is that the site won’t load on my phone, but I think I’m just gonna browse on computer or find another site…
