Got a f150 for about 16,000 at the dealership after approve it turn out to be 38,000 truck but not only that engine was bad and I bought the extended warranty which a year later of the truck being in the shop was decline I’m still paying my debt on timely matter but once I’m done I would never refer or mention this lender ever!!!

Credit acceptance is horrible. They have the highest interest rates that you could have even with a good credit score. They also charge a $3.75 fee to make a payment. That’s on time which is a scam. My monthly balance keeps going up yet. I have never missed a payment or been late. That makes no sense. Also, the balance that’s owed for the vehicle is not going down after a year somehow has gone up, do not go with this company, avoid them at all cost. You will regret it. I am trading in my vehicle to get away from them.

Just got my loan and i can’t even use the mobile app. Every time i open it says “retry”. I always have to log in on the browser just to see account information. Why have the convenience of an app if it never works?!

When u called to talk to someone the first time about a payment arrangement and they don't want to help u out then u call back later and talk to someone different and they help u out with a car payment arrangement and ask when u can do it and actually acknowledge that u r doing the best u can thank u for the customer service lady that took time out to help me
