Credit acceptance is horrible. They have the highest interest rates that you could have even with a good credit score. They also charge a $3.75 fee to make a payment. That’s on time which is a scam. My monthly balance keeps going up yet. I have never missed a payment or been late. That makes no sense. Also, the balance that’s owed for the vehicle is not going down after a year somehow has gone up, do not go with this company, avoid them at all cost. You will regret it. I am trading in my vehicle to get away from them.

Easy to use. Only problem I have is the processing fee over $3 for every transaction.

Just got my loan and i can’t even use the mobile app. Every time i open it says “retry”. I always have to log in on the browser just to see account information. Why have the convenience of an app if it never works?!

Both of the people I talked to were extremely rude and short with me, I’m trying to understand things that they are telling me and they are getting a attitude with me about it. It’s their job to help people and service them yet they are getting annoyed with me. If you can’t control something as simple as that, maybe it’s time to find a new job.

When u called to talk to someone the first time about a payment arrangement and they don't want to help u out then u call back later and talk to someone different and they help u out with a car payment arrangement and ask when u can do it and actually acknowledge that u r doing the best u can thank u for the customer service lady that took time out to help me

If only
I was told when I got my car after 12 months good payments i could refi with credit acceptance. But I was told that wasn’t true however it’s on your website as a service. But that’s what I was told before I started going in the hole over having surgeries now no one would ever refi my loan bc I’ve screwed up few times in my medical struggles I keep trying. I get caught up then have another operation fall behind it’s a vicious cycle meanwhile my car isn’t worth much more than $3,000. But I’m being charged more than $12,000
