Much Room for Improvement
I’ve been with Credit Union 1 for 8 years & while there have been some improvements over the years, the app is still difficult to navigate and not the most user friendly.
A huge improvement would be making it easier to initiate cross-bank transactions.

Nobody gets a perfect score
I love the functionality of the mobile app. And as the title says nobody gets a perfect score. There’s always room for improvement.

Pretty simple app which isn’t a bad thing but sometimes glitchy compared to bigger banks

Kinda slow with updating what you have and what’s been taken. Things just need to be accurate that’s all

This app is awful. Full of bugs. Just as troglodytic as their flesh-and-blood employees. If you get word that these clowns are taking over your financial institution, RUN. Close your account IMMEDIATELY.
