App is Terrible and is constantly having issues, not having access to transfer MY money is absolutely ridiculous. I should be able to transfer money at any given time. 0/10.
Family banking
My Dad opened me an account in Wichita, Ks right across from his business. It was First Choice Credit Union. I was 16 years old. 1987
Credit Union of America bought them out. I lost everything in the tornado and I started a tornado relief fund put all the money donated and FEMA mo ey there. They helped me regulate it. I had to show FEMA receipts at tax time.
Since then I have opened accounts for two of my children at 14 Years Old they are now 27 and 24, I went through divorce got new account and now my husband adopted my children at 4 yo and 7 yo and my husband and I still have an account after 18 years marriage a total of 34-35 years I’ve had them as a bank. My husband got his dream job as a U.S. Marshal we moved to Oklahoma . I am a Family Tradition person always will be I moved states but will never leave CUA! They have financed every vehicle and every home. Opened up inheritance accounts and now they do the same for both my kids!!!
CUA is Life/ Family/ Disasters/ Divorces and Finance and all our vehicles and homes. They are my family now. Even in Oklahoma

New update is awful
Talk about going backwards in “user friendliness”. After using the new app for a few months I can’t say how difficult this new version is to use as compared to the old one. The bill pay is awful, can’t find a way to edit payee information once it is entered. Also ether I enter the decimal point for an amount or I don’t pick one.

Love the mobile App.
The only thing I don’t like is it takes awhile for my purchases to come through on the app.
Mobile Deposit Only works half the time
Mobile deposit works one week and then not the next. Very hit or miss. Frustrating for those on the move all the time that can’t make it to a location.

I’ve only been a member for 5 years. What a wonderful welcome I received. They answer every question and concern I have. Thank you CUA especially my branch on Ridge Rd in Wichita KS.
Virtually Useless
This is the only app review I have ever done, and it was inspired by how much this app is useless. I have an auto loan through CUA and the only thing I can do on the app is see the balance. I can’t see my account number, member number, adjust payments dates/amounts, or anything else you may want to do. So you essentially have to call so you can talk to a robot so you can tell them to connect you to a human, therefore wasting even more of your time.

Great app for checking account and making transfers. My only complaint is that the transfers limit you to 16 characters. The use of more emojis and a larger number of characters would be useful

This is by far the best banking app I’ve ever used. Huge props to the developers. Everything is so clean, modern, quick, and intuitive. I recommend banking with CUA to everyone, [mostly] because of how much I love this app!!!

I like banking with CUA, there is 2 things I don’t like so I don’t give them 5 stars. #1 free checking if no movement on the account they charge a service fee and #2 they don’t offer ZELLE!

Buggy
Bill pay was completely changed and is buggy everytime I go to use it. At the moment it’s completely unusable with just a sliver (1/3 the screen) of the page that is unnavigable on the right and a big CUA add on the left
Disappointed.
I’ve had other bank apps that I thought were bad. But then I got the app. Already leaving a bad taste in my mouth. There’s no training emails from setting up my account or availability from workers or AI to help me recover my information. The app doesn’t even remember my info. It asked for my Face ID for sign in before asking to remember my password in the first place. So now here I am getting h face scanned and no info gets put into the username and password boxes. TS is so aggravating. I should’ve never made a full on account. Should’ve just made payments for my car through phone call. 2/5 star for at least me being able to see my balance before I got flooded with prompts to sign in.
