Problem with app

Had a leaflet through the post today advertising this business. Downloaded the app. Put mobile number in. Says sorry there is a problem. Please try again. I have on numerous occasions tried. No joy

When you download the app and put in your mobile number, the app constantly says “something went wrong, try again.” I’ve retried 5 times and there are no changes, it also loads indefinitely.
The developers need to investigate this app error
