I’ve been uses yellow cabs for years now and wouldn’t use any other…always reliable and honestly couldn’t fault them 👍🏼

The drivers are great, always super friendly and chatty. 9 times out of 10 you get really quick service, but if it’s a Friday or Saturday night I would pre-book because it’s unlikely you’ll get a taxi for a while. Other than that they’re great! The app however, while it is simple to use and lets you track where the driver is so you can be ready for it, there’s a bug when it comes to selecting addresses. You can preset addresses like your house or work place so you don’t have to keep typing them every time you want a taxi, but you still have to edit the addresses when you click on the presets, because for some odd reason they switch the address to your neighbours house or on the next street over from you. That’s the only bug 😁 Still works fine 👍

I use your firm generally at least four times a week and generally the service and attitude is brilliant..
Tonight was awful..
Arrived at the office was told it would be 20 mins ended up being a hour ever time I enquired I got a snappy were busy!
Awful receptionist..
Ended up being just over a hour until the taxi come..
The driver absolutely sound and home quickly but please someone have a word.
The attitude was appalling.
