The deiver tonight was polite and extremely helpful to my 89 year old mother. He got her wheelchair in and out of the taxi with great care and walked her into her house to be sure she was safe inside couldn't have got a more perfect service. Highly recommend

Smelly driver stinking of sweat. Also couldn’t get my legs in the back of the taxi because the driver was over weight. Really uncomfortable journey. If this is the way you treat your passengers then you don’t serve any
Pointless booking.
I find it really irritating that although you have the ability to book a taxi in advance you don’t seem to actually assign cars for the bookings. They are often late or don’t show which is the whole thing we want to avoid in the first place. When a booking is accepted I expect my ride to be there on time yet rarely does this happen and it’s not on the drivers themselves. Please sort this to be more efficient and actually work
