When upgraded to the 2025.2 version of Enterprise Mobile, if a user is inactivated in Enterprise Security, the user is automatically logged out of the app. The Streetside Widget was enhanced to save the map style option to the user’s roaming profile.

Sometimes when looking up a call the entered narratives do not populate and causes a blank screen. Restating the app does not help.

Poor technology

We have several issues with this app connecting with dispatch, and the internet. Most of the time the app is frozen and unresponsive, Will not properly connect.

Terrible reliability

At least 80% of the time when I attempt to login into the app on an iPad, the software indicates that it does not have Internet connection when in reality the device has 100% Internet connection. The only way to overcome this problem seems to be to input information into a log and then ask the device to upload the logs. More often than not the device then miraculously has Internet connection. This program is absolutely useless in emergency situations.
