Great Remittance app
My friend suggested me this app. I wouldn’t say it’s better than mentally, but this app has been doing a great job. I really appreciate the way how the background people are doing the work. It’s been pretty easy while using Kroger than me using XE transfer or any other remittance app.

Login issues
If logged out once it’s a hassle to log back in!
Crobo -Staging???
Dev team, did you accidentally release a Staging build ? App name showed on my phone is now “Crobo -Staging” and I cannot log in anymore….
Suspicious behaviour
Every time this app is updated, why does it log me out? And why does it asks me to “Sign Up”, instead of Sign In, when I tap on “Continue with Email”? Why do I need to add my Personal Information, again?

Best Conversion Rates, but Very Poor Customer Service
I’ve been using Crobo for quite some time because they consistently offer some of the best conversion rates.
Unfortunately, their customer service has been extremely disappointing. The support team is rude, unempathetic, and doesn’t seem to care whether you continue using their service or leave.
On top of that, transfers are often much slower than expected. While the exchange rates are excellent, the poor customer support and delayed money transfers make the overall experience frustrating.
I hope they improve how they treat their customers because that’s the only thing holding them back.

Not even able to add bank details even after trying multiple times
Fake promises
They mention everywhere that transfers are processed in 3 business days but somehow everytime you initiate a transaction the date you see after you complete it will be atleast 7-8 days from the date of transfer. There is no intimation about this before you initiate the transaction.
Worst support service, it always hets delayed and they have stupid reasons and they say its 5 business days as mentioned to you when you reach out to the customer care

Five business days waiting period for the money transfer is a bit too long. This is a major downside and I hope CROBO corrects it quickly.

The app crashed and rates are a scam
I was showed 96.63 rupee per dollar and after transaction I see that I was given 95.51 rupee on the dollar. The app crashed after sending my first transaction. As I was reading the reviews, people are right about wanting to know too much info. It was weird they asked for receivers home address. Suspicious the app crashed after the first transaction raises concern over the platforms privacy. I am deleting my account and leaving the app right away.

This is the best transfer rate so far I do see and no one can beat

App not stable, keep getting lot of issues. NRE exchange rate is very bad
Very delay in transactions
It was initially stated that the processing time would be 3 business days. However, it has now been 6 days and I still have not received my money. I am now being told to wait an additional 24–48 business hours
False price
Saying this out of experience they show one price and give price and the instant transaction doesn’t work they take around5 days and the customer service is the worst
Rate is different after signing up
Misleading advertising, the final rate is different after clicking transfer button, than what was initially shown.
