Can’t delete a post card
The app is good but if you post a post card then you can’t delete it. Being able to delete something you post is an expected feature to have in place in many apps.

Suggestion: Feature to Add Friends within the app
Hi!! I love your app! I live abroad and my bestfriends and I would always send postcards to each other whenever we visit new places. Maybe you can add a feature where you can add friends within the app that would be really cool! Then we have a stack of all our postcards sent to each other!

This is such a fun app. I really do hope it keeps its simplicity. Like others I wish there was a way to change the location and date of the posts; also a method to add past travels and finally a way to follow people!!
Excited to see it grow
I’ve really enjoyed using Crossin as someone who sends a lot of physical mail. It’s a creative and fun twist on traditional social media, and has a lot of potential for people who love mail and travel culture.
I’d love to see a few key improvements. A way to browse postcards by region or map would make exploring much more interesting, (would love to see who’s local to me!) and a favorite option is needed since there’s currently no way to revisit postcards within the app once they’re gone.
A friends or following feature would also be great, especially with the ability to send postcards directly between friends, or specific postcards that are visible to friends only instead of everything being random or public. There is a “pen pal” messaging feature, but a friends or following system would make more sense overall. At minimum, a dedicated space to post that you’re looking for pen pals would help, since most people aren’t randomly messaging each other directly.
More customization would make a big difference too, including choosing stamps for postcards and having more flexible layouts for longer messages. It would also help to be able to backdate posts when needed.
Overall, I love the concept and hope to see more community, collecting, and customization features added in the future! Excited to see Crossin grow 😊

Loved it until...
I was a huge fan until I discovered my Taiwan posts were being labeled as "Taiwan, China" with a China flag on my passport. Surprised that a group of young developers would not recognize that. I want to keep supporting them and help this app grow but that crosses the line for me.

I just downloaded and love this app so far! My only wish would be that I could edit the dates of my postcards. I have a recent trip that I’d like to add, but it was before I got the app. Maybe there is a way to do this, but I couldn’t find it. Great app otherwise!!

So cute but missing features
I absolutely love this app but it’s missing core features!! I have to be able to manually add dates and locations, because when I am on my trips I don’t want to be on my phone. I am so glad I found it before I left the trip I’m currently on, or I wouldn’t have been able to use it!? Please add this ASAP! I also want a private account. Appreciate the ability to make posts private, but my age and home city should be able to be made private. Once it gets those features, the review will be changed to a 5 star!

Thanks so much for the kind words, we’re really glad you’re enjoying crossin. With the updated version, you can now manually edit the location on your postcard. If you prefer to adjust the date and location yourself, you can directly change it on your phone’s camera roll before posting on the app so it reflects the date and location you want! We’re continuing to improve this experience (including more flexible privacy controls), and your feedback is helping guide what we build next.
Love it but
I absolutely love the idea of this app but I wish you could add your own date and place for old photos from a holiday because not everyone wants to add it to an app asap some just want to upload when they get home! Let us change the date and place!

Great app for chronicling memories. I don't have a privilege of travelling as many of the other users, but I thought it would be a fun way to archive my college experience. It's very easy to navigate and post, so I'd recommend! Even if you don't travel often, it's still a fun way to appreciate and reminisce.

Would like to change the date on the stamp
I would love to go back and add some postcards of places I’ve been in the past which I’ve tried doing but the stamp has today’s date on it - not the date the photo was taken as I expected. Can this be amended/added to the app?
AWESOME but…!
Truly obsessed with the simplicity of this app and the instant connection around the world. Also the pen pal feature is so cute!! The only problem missing is being able to send a friend request!! I think if you send a friend request you should then be able to see private postcards. because i think some want to share with family and friends but want to post privately!! Anyways LOVE the app hope you see this :)

Birthday, location, gender, where you’re visiting: all public on your “passport” in the app. Really fun concept for an app, but I will be deleting now. Please add a private account option.
